Upon completing your payment, our travel expert will send you a payment confirmation slip via email. This payment slip can be printed and used as proof when redeeming your tour package from the service provider. It is essential to ensure that the information you provide during the booking process accurately reflects your trip requirements.
Each Tour Activity/Hotel/Attraction has its cancellation policies. Before booking any of our tours, please review the specific tour's cancellation policy.
Tourist visa fees are non-refundable on the Book Desert Safari website.

If you do not participate in the tour due to any circumstances, no refunds or discounts will be granted, and neither full nor partial payments will be refunded. The same conditions apply to unused tickets, car rental services, sightseeing visits, and chauffeur-driven services. Additionally, rescheduling is not available for confirmed tours, and transportation to and from airports and other travel-related services cannot be rescheduled.
Before canceling any bookings, we recommend carefully reviewing the cancellation policy specific to your selected tour package. To cancel any part of your booking, please notify Book Desert Safari in writing. Once your cancellation notification is received, Book Desert Safari will contact you via email, fax, or telephone to confirm the cancellation and the associated payment.
Book Desert Safari will not be held responsible for cancellations that have not been properly notified and confirmed.
Routes and services included in your package may be subject to change due to local weather conditions, aviation schedules, and other significant factors. Book Desert Safari will offer alternative options of similar value based on availability. We typically announce schedule changes, if any, before departure. Please note that Book Desert Safari reserves the right to make minor schedule adjustments as needed without compensation. No refunds will be issued for major events like floods, storms, and earthquakes.
If Book Desert Safari is unable to secure accommodation in your chosen hotel, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of the same standard. Check-in and check-out policies depend on the specific hotel you have selected. Book Desert Safari will not be responsible for delayed or early check-in and check-out requests that cannot be accommodated by the hotel due to high demand.
Book Desert Safari is not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We strongly advise clients to obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected situations.
It is the responsibility of every traveler to ensure they carry the required documents for their specific tour, such as passports, ID cards, etc. This is especially crucial for foreign tourists. No reimbursements will be provided for lost documents.
